Skinny Cow bars! I learned about them when I did WW years ago. They are lower calorie and really good!

1st mini-goal - Onederland by Aug 15 - done! (8/11/15) * 2nd mini-goal - 186 half of weight I need to lose by Oct 15 - done! (10/15/15) * 3rd mini-goal - 170 (no longer obese) by Jan 15 - done! (12/31/15) * 4th mini-goal - 160 by Feb 29
