Bummer, the scale pushed up instead of down. I am assuming this is water weight as I really pushed it workout wise the day before (2 1/4 hours elliptical and then a 3.5 mile walk with the dogs in the deep snow) and had a sodium heavy dinner that night. Hopefully next weeks will be better! D:

Took 40,000 steps yesterday between three hours on the elliptical and an hour and a bit out with the dogs (plus one additional dog), didn't think I would see a decrease, but the scale did go down!
Getting there. It's hard when you don't notice the little weight come off every week but in the long term scheme of things I'll look better. Got to keep telling myself this and stay strong!
