Last family feast of the year and I succumbed. Oh did I ever. And after hitting the 140's this morning. Goodbye 140s. Back to 150's I go. So bummed.

Good morning all!

W-166.7 up .9 pretty sure it's the sore muscles, down from last week, so off to a good start.

B-cinnamon kashi biscuits (like shredded wheat) almond milk
L-?
D-?
E-?

Heading to my parents for a little visit, so that's why the question marks.
I've been logging in myfitnesspal for 5 days, always helps me to log somewhere.

Coolmom on the 21 pounds, that's great!

Hope everyone has a great Friday!

cleaning up my act today! 6 pounds of water to ditch...but that's what I get for eating Papa John's pizza when I know it adds at least 2 pounds of water bloat! whatever...it's not permanent, right?

B - belvita biscuits
S - greek yogurt and mixed nuts
L - nitrate free/low sodium chicken breast on a sandwich thin, jarlsberg lite, just mayo
D - bison burgers, sweet potato fries, chopped Asian salad

We'll do a short ride tonight - 11 miles. It's too dark and too cold for more than that after work these days. I am ready for spring!!! It was 36 degrees this morning and it's been in the 50s all week long. Too cold for me!!!

We had an unplanned dinner out last night. Yum! But now I'm back up a couple pounds.

W 162.2
B donut
L chicken noodle soup
D idk veg and sausage maybe

Thanks, kelijpa. It feels like such a small amount, since I'm not at goal, but it was a year at a better weight and not gaining. So, win!

Thanks, Lindsey. Good job on your on plan day!

My 13yo made dinner with some coaching. It was his first time and I hope it happens more. Pasta and meatballs.

My day ended at 1700 calories. Yesterday was 1700 calories too. Eeep! Need to get that back down tomorrow.

Hey y'all. Whew, that wore me out.

I went swimming but not with the fishes...

Let's not let the fire go out. We're on a roll.

We just got home. I feel like I have been away forever. We had fun but we stayed away too long. There is nothing like home! Off to bed. I will deal with the pile of stuff in the living room tomorrow.

Hello everyone! Wow Syckgirlsfv. You seem to go a long way. How long does it take to get to 11 miles? It's such a long way.

So far my day has been:
B - Black coffee
L - 1 and a half raw salmon and avocado sushi roles and a diet coke.
S - Banana, small protein bar and canned salmon on six small vita-weats.

For the rest of the day I have planned:
S - Glass of skim milk and a plum.
D - Steak stir fry and rice.
S - Low-fat hot chocolate and peanut butter on bread.

I woke up with a weight of 79.6 which was annoying. I know that my weight will fluctuate on a daily basis, but I was hoping for a woosh. Hopefully tomorrow.

For exercise I plan on going for an hour long run.

Just getting back into the swing of things. Forgot to post even tho I put a shortcut on my desktop. WTH?

Yesterday was on plan until about 10PM kind of lost it on program foods. At least it was not other types of food. I'm still trying!

Jan 1st was a good on plan day. Still not exercising. I have some sort of shooting pain in my right leg and my feet are hurting me because I gained back 20lbs in the last few months. #10 in December alone. I figure I better get this secret out on here. I have not told anyone else how much I gained back.

Night eatting is gonna be my biggest hurdle this time. My eating habits from 2014 are fully active (the good habits) but I always had a sleep eating problem. So, I ordered 5HTP and "Calm" suppliments to try to get my brain to sleep thru the night.

I think exercise is the only thing that will really 'fix' the sleep/eat problem.

Have a beautiful day everyone! I'm trying to get up enough motivation to go to the LOL Dog show here in St Paul. Depression really sucks to push thru.

Thumbs down

Well, the scale is not so nice this morning. O_O Unless I have 5p of water weight I'm completely shocked. I did eat Italian sausage last night which is very salty. I average running 16 to 20 miles a week, and did not go overboard at the holidays considering we pretty much skipped them. How frustrating.

Maybe TOM is trying to come early. Who the H knows but at this rate I will be above 150 again in no time.

I'll check again in a few days.
