Great dress Northern!

Up 0.6lbs today to 169lbs. It's cold.

For breakfast, I had sardines, eggs, smoked oysters and oats.

For lunch, I had salmon, squid, smoked oysters and cod roe.

For exercise, I did 60 minutes weight training after breakfast and ran 4 miles on the treadmill before lunch.

Did I say it is cold?

The bloatie feeling had me not hungry so just had my nightcap instead of dinner, MFP yelled at me, but I know I'll get more cals in over the weekend...

Hope everyone has a good night

Northern, that's a VERY pretty dress. I love wedding dresses, you must be so excited. Congrats!

Ian, this weather certainly isn't for the faint of heart.

Syck, I'd kill for 84 degrees right now.

I made it out into the Arctic blast to get a 5k done on the treadmill. School is canceled again tomorrow, my Son is so broken up about it.

I still haven't heard back from my travel agent since December 19th, I'm thinking maybe he forgot but that's unlike him. I'll wait a few more days and then send another email. I don't want all of the rooms to book up. Sandals resorts sell out fast. Barbados just opened and it is booked until 2016.

Have a great night, all.

Wow, it is even cold way down here in New Orleans! I hope y'all are staying cozy! This morning I had a doctors appointment and the lady who weighed me noticed I've lost about 20lbs since the last time I was there and was really sweet and supportive about it. It kinda made my day. I spent my afternoon helping a friend cover her plants for a freeze tonight. That bit of activity was good since I skipped exercising this morning Any time I have a lot to do in a day working out is always the first thing cut, I need to change that.

I did stay on plan all day as far as eating.

W- 203.8
B- Spinach omelet with feta
S- 1 slice homemade lemon blueberry rosemary bread
L- Spinach and strawberry salad
S- tortilla chips and hummus
D- Salmon and roasted Brussels sprouts and a popsicle for dessert

Hope everyone has an excellent night !

Novangel--ya it is pretty normal for Canada I guess. They did open extra "warming stations" for the homeless but still two homeless people have died. Today I had to travel between students and ended up taking cabs and spent half what I earned. keep the windows closed lmao. Sorry bought that, I think the border leaks.

Northern--I have only curled once, in Winnipeg of course, but my dad curls every week. First time out, it's harder than it looks! Have you joined a league?

Syckgirlsfv--81? Oh be quiet

Onlyway-- I'm not sure if that is too little. Calculate your BMR here https://www.linear-software.com/bmr_bmi.html. You are actually in "negative" calories but that is how you lose weight. Calculate just how negative you are and if it is more than 7000/ week you may want to up it.

Flower--"dose" of sausage. Haha. Has this pain happened to you before?

D23--welcome!

Kelijpa and IanG and Diana--hi!

OhClementine--congrats on the weigh in!

Hey everyone- thanks for the dress love! I appreciate it I feel great it in now and will feel even better later!!

AND I ROCKED CURLING TONIGHT (YUP, PUN INTENDED!) it was so fun! Turns out our practice was awful last night because the ice wasn't "pebbled" yet, meaning we were on extra frictiony ice. Tonight was great! I also was perfect on my calories today even thought I went out for dinner AND I hit the gym before curling. I am so living my goal this year of saying yes to new opportunities- I am so proud!!!!!

Glad to read everyone is having a great January! Keep at it, team! <3

The last of my party guests have gone and I am pooped! It went really well, I had enough food to serve and everyone loved what I made. Whew! My son enjoyed his "onedy oneth" birthday. Now I don't have to worry about the next one until March.

I'm not calculating calories today but I did bust my buns cleaning and cooking all day. That should count for something!
