I'm mid-40s, married, trying to drop 30.

All the July challenges are about to start in the Chicks up for a Challenge forum, I'm definitely going to join the July Weight Loss Challenge and the July Exercise Challenge when those threads are posted, why don't you come join me all and the other nice people over there!

I hopped onto the end of the June Weight Loss Challenge for now!

The challenges are great. Personally, the challenges do help me to keep myself accountable. They do add motivation for me. They are great to join, and you get tons of support. I'm pretty new, and this site, as well as the challenges, have been a huge help.
