Regarding exercise - it is extremely important for health reasons and for circulation issues nothing is better than improving your cardiovascular health. That said - it doesn't take a whole lot of exercise to get massive health benefits. At least 20 minutes, 3x a week will get you most of the benefits. It also doesn't matter how you break up those minutes. 10 + 10 is the same as 20 straight. Ease into it, making small but steady improvements is the way to go.
Also, if you're like most people, your diet is probably lacking in O3. Supplementing with fish oil is the easiest way to improve your O3/O6 ratios. This has major caridovascular benefits.
