i change it when I need to. I want to be honest with it, as to see how much I progress, and when I backtrack, then I know I have to do better the next week.
Not me. I race here to change it as soon as I'm at a lower weight. I don't adjust it up though. I know I'll get back to the low within a few days. Today my ticker is accurate.
I currently prefer the charts over a ticker, and I update them weekly (or monthly, depending on which one) regardless of where I'm at. It was a lot more exciting when I was working on losing, even when I went up for the week. Anyway, I like having the record of what direction I'm going rather than a snapshot of where I currently am, so delaying any change is kind of pointless for me.

I'm pretty sure I've lost a kilo, but I've decided to do an official weigh in every week, and change it only then. I'm due to change it on the 4th next. Fingers crossed the scale moves down or stays where it is.
just wanted to pop in because this morning I was 208 then 208.8...not sure how I gained 0.8 pounds stepping off and back on again?? but still thats lower than my ticker. I debating whether or not to change my ticker down, I worried the weight loss might be water loss since I worked out yesterday and sweated a lot. I'll probably change it if tomorrow I'm the same weight, I usually need a two days of that weight to confirm it!

I don't have a ticker yet, but I've been hesitant about making changes to my current weight on the S/C/G info under my screen name. I keep thinking my latest number is a fluke when it goes down because my numbers have been really weird the last couple weeks (TOM related, I expect). I'll probably wait another week before I trust the scale enough to make any more changes to my stats.
Gosh, it's good to know I'm not the only one who gets a bit nervous about making updates!
I usually change it on my weigh in day, which is today. However, I'm being pouty and not changing it today. I gained 3 pounds between yesterday and today and I just can't stand to put my ticker back up there. If my weight stays up next week, then I'll make myself change it.
