Good! Then who cares if you add another few days before seeing your goal. You are living a life, and that life cannot be centered around weight loss all of the time. Just get back on track the day after a trip. That's what I do, and its working. Now I don't give myself carte blanche to eat whatever, I still think about it, but I enjoy being in the moment.
Good job, can't wait to see you get your bracelet!
Now I am off to see if I will see the 250's today!
I haven't checked in here for 2 weeks, but I am still around. I continue to exercise daily, but struggle with the binge eating.
This is the first time I will ever finish a long-term challenge on 3FC. I'm more proud of that accomplishment than the weight loss. Usually I drop out when I don't see the results I want. Instead I stuck it out and reached goal today. I've lost 21 pounds in 13 weeks.
I'm glad, but this journey isn't over. I am good at losing weight, but even better at gaining it back.
This week, I want to start on my next milestone, which is to lose another 10 pounds. I can't do it in 7 days, but I can get started.
I plan to check in here every day to be accountable and also to root us on to the finish line.
For your husband. As for your, you got this. 259 is knocking at your door. We have another week before Labor day.
Yeah, I will see 259 by mid-week probably.
Now, after Labor Day..I do not know...we are leaving Friday morning for a four day hiking/Camping trip in Northern California. Supposed to be Yosemite..but since that park is on fire...will have to be Big Sur and Pinnacles...
Anyway...I will be burning lots of calories with three big hike days in a row..but that also means I will retain some water for a few days...Who knows..I am just happy I can do 4-6 mile hikes with a pack and hills without dying!
Happy Labor Day, everyone! Cheers to all those who have reached their goals, and also to those who have struggled but not given up!

Starting: 175 lbs
Expectation: <165 (10+ lbs down from starting)
Goal: 160 (15 lbs down from starting)
Super Challenge Goal: 155 (20 lbs down from starting)
I forgot to weigh in today (I'm sure I'd be bloated anyway, we went out to eat Mexican yesterday and I made it a cheat day) BUT last official weigh-in I was 158 lbs, which means I have EXCEEDED my goal by 2 lbs, for a total loss of 17 lbs over the course of the challenge!
