Sunster2, I'm not really on a diet. I say this because I decided to just watch my portions. However, here's the catch, I exercise like a mad woman. I'm not working right now so I'm constantly in the gym to keep from being so bored. I go twice a day for at least 1.5 hours each time. I do all kinds of exercise ( Zumba, cycle, hip hop, pretty much all the classes my gym offers).
Around breakfast I keep my meals light (when I eat breakfast, I am currently fasting until mid day) lunch is usually a chicken breast with veggies or fruit. For dinner I eat whatever my heart desires, as long as I watch my portions. I eat so light during the day because dinner is important to me, and I like eating junk food
( pizza, nachos, sweets). My dinner choices are rarely "healthy", but its working for me, and when it stops working I'll try to eat healthier for dinner.
*I'm not suggesting anybody else do this, it just works for me at this point.
