I think I am afraid to eat bad calories, so I'm struggling to make good choices, therefore, I end up not wanting to eat at all. I think a lot of people feel that way -- want to lose so bad, you'd rather go hungry that eat something that will prevent you from losing... I know thats just as bad of a decision, but counting calories has me paranoid about how accurate calorie counts are and how much I should really be eating.
Alcohol... I miss having a drink here or there, but I don't miss how crappy I used to feel when hungover, so it's a good trade off, cuz I'm actually starting to lose weight now.
