Hi folks!

I have two focuses this month: get below 300lbs (so, so, sooo close I can taste it...) and to exercise five days out of seven each week.

If I can't accomplish #1, I can at least get #2 down.

What I've done so far:
- Eliminated snacking (just causes me to eat more... I feel much healthier with three well-balanced meals)
- Eliminated sugar... for the most part. (I have PCOS that was bad enough to warrant a hysterectomy. My skin also tends to react badly to it, causing pimples.)

Hi Everyone!

Exhale Good luck with your goals for the month. Did you decide to get yourself something when you lose the 5?

Novangel I love the idea of a new month, too. Well, as soon as I get through the bookkeeping part. Good job on the workout. I hope the new shoes are a perfect fit for you and you get relief.

AKA Could you have allergies? The pollen is falling here. You could also have puffy eyes from water weight.

Alaskanlaughter I'm glad you got the hunger under control. We had to work late tonight so I wasn't able to eat on time. I felt like I could gnaw off my arm.

Misti I can't wait for your Dr. appointment, too. I hope you get the good news you are hoping for.

Pinkflakes Do you still have snow there or is it warming up? Let us know how it goes with the derma roller. Might be something to look into. Do you have a link for what you bought?

Gracenote I'm sure the scale will turn around soon for you. Hang in there and keep up the great work.

Ona Awesome job today!

Hungryhungryhippo Thank you for sharing your picture. You have done a fantastic job! Your stomach is flat and you are tiny.

Fujikochan Hi and Welcome to the check-in!

Radio Yes, I am happy to maintain and not be gaining. I am still hoping to get into my maintenance range though. It feels like my body is fighting against me sometimes. Good job on the 1.7 pounds and 15 for the month! You have done such a fantastic job!

Katydid Congrats on the 8.5 pounds for the month!

Psychic I hope you feel better soon.

Syckgirlsfv Sorry about the rough night.

Hi all

Hungry, hope you can get that brow lift!!!

Yeh, I miss the iPod but the company immediately said they will replace it and even send the new one as soon as I send them a tracking number that it has been mailed. But someone told me that sometimes you have to reset them so I am going to try that and see if it works before I send it back.

yay tomorrow is Friday, everyone. We are going to make it.

Exhale15-oh yeah, spoil yourself silly when losing weight. Make yourself a grand occasion...it helps.
HHH-Yeah actually Wellbutrin is the exact pill I'm going off of, wish me luck! Thanks for the kind words of encouragement!

Good Morning!

The derma roller does hurt some. You can buy numbing cream.

I use the 1.5 mm. This is the one I got.

HAve a great day all

Good Morning, TGIF! I hope you have a great weekend!

I bought the quercetin (for the edema) and took one last night. I am going to give it a week to see what happens, unless things get worse between now and then. If I don't see any improvement, I might go back to the antihistamines. Today is my early day. I have to get up an hour earlier than normal but unfortunately I didn't go to bed an hour earlier. I had another gain this morning. I'm not sure if it is from getting up earlier or the edema. Time will tell.

Calories for yesterday: 1470 +
Weigh In: 160
Up: .4

I will be back later.

I hate being sick. It makes me hungry all day. I shouldn't have had that candy bar or the potato chips. And I should have ate only one biscuit. My willpower sucks right now. My body is too tired to care.

February Loss appx 4lbs
Biked 14 miles in 45 mins (yesterday)
I swelled up during exercise and wonder if it was because I did it at night. Not sure, so I won't do that again. I am swollen now, won't even step on the scale to find out what my weight is. Originally, I was only going to do 30 mins but went for another 15. I'll do my 60 today, and during the day.

fujikochan Welcome, it sounds like your 2 focuses are very good ones. I feel you on the PCOS. I've had a hysterectomy (not for that) but they left my ovaries in, hoping I could cheat the "change" for a few more years.

Diana As always, thanks for greeting us every morning Happy Friday!

Misti Good luck with the IPOD. I had to return my new phone this year because of a weird factory defect. I got a refurb which made me kinda upset since we forked over money for new...but let's face it, all the phones have the defect so refurb is the only way to go. I hope the reset button works, you gotta have your tunes! I'd go crazy without music.

Have a wonderful and healthy day.

Happy Friday everyone ☺

Diana, thanks! I'll get myself something, probably a new piece of clothing.
aka, yes, I need lots of carrots (LOL) for this stretch!
Psychic, hope you’re feeling better soon ☺
Novangel, hope the new sneakers work out for you ☺

I love the first of the month. And the light is so pretty this morning. Feeling like Spring.

Have a great weekend everyone. Let's all be happy with our Monday weigh-ins !

Thanks mamakat! I am fairly confident this company will replace the iPod if needed. I get very fast responses for customer service. In fact they said they will mail a new one as soon as I give them a tracking number showing this one has been mailed. They said their failure rate is only 2% -- of course just my luck I would be in that 2% LOL.

I've never had an iPod before... hard to believe now LOL... never bothered because I could not use earbuds. But it is already hard to get by without it, especially in the pool.

good morning! I'm not usually up this early but here I am. Started the day off with an apple and should be getting to the gym, doctor's appointment, then hair cut today. Then my sister is spending the night...so yay!

I'm running but no weight is coming off really. Wellbutrin helped me lose 30 pounds, and I'm worried as to what will happen to my body without it. But then I think long-term, about not having those chemicals in me anymore..and I feel better about my decision.

Hah... mine was the opposite. My ovaries are gone but I have a uterus. My surgeon was concerned about structural changes, since I was/still am quite young.

Yesterday was a rough day for me, and today doesn't seem to be getting much better. I am deeply tired but can't seem to get consistent rest. Still, I did my two miles this morning and listened to Lewis Black along the way. Happily I didn't run into anyone, or the fact that I was cracking up every two minutes might've been awkward.
