In fairness, I'm am focused on breaking my terrible binge habits (doing super well there) rather than weight loss. I'm following the plan I'm on to the letter. Still, given the amount of exercise I do and the relatively small increase in cals (maybe 150-200/day) I'm surprised there hasn't been a loss. I only lost 3 pounds in the past month, compared to being able to do that in a week and a half previously.
But I will stay patient because I'm maintaining
and because in the long run, having control over my binge eating is the healthiest thing I can do for myself.
