Need support and motivation to reboot!
Hi everyone,
I haven't been here in a while. I lost 60 lbs over the past couple of years...I still am working out hard and doing well everyday, but I probably put on about 5 lbs during the holidays. Trying to not let it get me down, but I somehow feel like I have failed. I know I haven't, I am still working out a lot, but a few too many days of not being able to track my calories caused me to binge and get out of control. Clothes feel tighter and I don't want to back track...I have never been happier with myself since I lost weight. I NEED POSITIVE THOUGHTS AND MOTIVATION PLEASE!!!! I hate the way my body feels right now ...I feel so bloated and my mind is messing with me.
