Good morning, everyone! Just checking in before work.
LOL I am getting "fierce" with this weight... yesterday it was a bit of cottage cheese with some blueberries/pineapple and a few nuts for breakfast. Lunch was a red bell pepper; in the afternoon a banana before my workout... and a big Greek salad (lettuce and lots of veggies) and a tiny slice of pizza for dinner. There is NO WAY that is too much... plus I have done three 70-minute pool workouts this week and plan one tonight. Still no weight loss. Grrrr LOL but I WILL win!!!
