Weighed in this morning and I gained two pounds in a week. I didn't think I ate that badly except for Christmas Day, but there it is. That's not to say I wasn't off plan but I thought it could have been worse. Guess that's still true. I could have gained more. Knew I wouldn't lose but had hope of maintaining. Oh well. Back to the plan today. Will stay on plan New Years even if it hurts.
I've been on plan the entire time, nothing to fix. That said, I am on vacation and have no access to a scale, so I may be up a bit just due to excess calories, but it's tough to tell with pregnancy and all. Either way, not going off plan to begin with has made the whole thing much less stressful
I just checked my stats for the last 4 weeks and I lost 6 pounds. How can that be? My average recently has been 4 to 5 pounds for a 4 week period. This month I have increased my food from the holidays and decreased my walking since school has been out. I fear I will see a gain soon and its all a mistake.
I am the same. Not up nor down. 167 stuck there. The good thing is that i have doubled my distance on my bike since last week and i am doing it in 4 minutes less. I have done 94 miles in two weeks. Which means that at least on my work out i am better than i was. So 1 point up for me......

I am up 1.6lbs. And I am OK with that. I tracked almost everything, only tracked half a day on Christmas Eve. I didn't exercise as much cause I was 'too busy' and I did indluge a lot. But, not as much as usual. Not even close to the usual!
And the best part? I am NOT using those holiday indulgences as an excuse to give up in January!
I weigth in last night because it was the end of the year I usualy weight only once a month but I wanted to see ... Anyhow, last night at 3am I was at 149.2 so the same but I lost 2inches of my waist and 2 of my bust line, so now I am a 34B instead of a 36b... It felt good
BTW, no diet for me for the past few days, so I fell awesome.
