The LAST time I decided to lose, I also decided to focus on doing whatever I needed to do to keep it off.
Maintaining was the goal from the start.
It took me 9 months to lose 33 pounds. About 3.5 pounds a month, seems kind of slow.
The good news is, I'm now 15 months out and still maintaining.
What worked this time, was getting the healthy habits down and not concerning myself with the scale.
I really think Kaplods has it right, focus on the good, healthy habits, and listen to your body and the rest will follow!
