I've officially decided that 145 is my official ending number, due by January 30th (exactly 1yr from the day I started). That will be 94lbs down from my 3FC starting weight, and it will get me to the healthy zone. I figure 150 will be my "red line", but I think I'll do well hovering through the 140s. I'll be a healthy weight, definitely a single digit clothing size, and I think I can be happy at that weight. I had decided on 150, but then I'm like, if I can get out of the obese category, why shouldn't I get out of being overweight once and for all?
