The past 3 days have been out of character for me. I recently shifted from maintaining to trying to lose the last 20 or 25 pounds I have left. It's been going slow, but okay. I've been out of control this week though. Just mindless eating to an unreasonable degree. It's frustrating, because I've identified what and I even know why, but I haven't been able to curb it.
I'm hoping just writing it down will help put me into action. And off I go to make a nutritious dinner.
