I'm having the same problem this morning. I only weigh on Mondays and I stepped on this morning and it said I gained 6 lbs. I have consistently lost about 2 lbs a week with the exception of my 1st week with a 6lb loss and then there was a week where I lost 3lbs. This is only my third gain week since I started in February and those weeks were only 1lb. I feel horrible and I know that it is fluid retention...I can feel it. I'm weighing again this evening after my body has had some time to rid itself. I knew better than to weigh in the morning, but I was so excited to get on the scale I couldnt wait. Sigh.....
