I am so happy after joining this community to have lost 15 pounds in just over 5 weeks!! It's great to have the support and get ideas on what others are doing! The key for me was getting a diet "buddy". ONE person who I report to daily--through texts, Facebook, and phone. Everyday we report weight to each other, talk about cheating with bad foods, what we ate for the day, what we have planned for dinner and share recepies. It has actually made it fun. My attitude has changed when I know I have to "report" everyday, and be honest on what I ate and if I cheated. She has lost 8 pounds in three weeks--which is when we started the "diet buddy" system. I REALLY think there is something to it!! I recommend EVERYone have a diet buddy!
