I have been doing Weight Watchers since Oct 2011 with good success. Unfortunately the last two weeks I have been Sick and on the Levaquin (antibiotic) diet which has really kicked my butt. I am now trying to make sure I get enough nutrition and points (calories ) actually in me. Only good thing is the 18 lbs I have lost the last 2.5 weeks. I am sure some of it will find its way back once my appetite returns.

Would NOT recommend this diet to anyone!

Oh man, I was thinking about asking about how you became involved with this new, special diet, but you wouldn't recommend it, huh? Did you pick up that stomach bug that was going around? While it went through my work place with reckless abandon, it passed me by as most things do. It sounded miserable, so no complaints from me!

I take loss as loss, no matter how you lose it, so congrats! I hope you're on the upswing now. I wouldn't worry too much about getting in your calories. You'll get there when you get there.
