I have that exact body fat analyzer. (Didn't throroughly read all the responses so forgive me if this is a repeat.)

I suppose it *could* be accurate to itself if you ensure that everytime you measure it is the same exact circumstances: like after 1 glass of water but before any food, after you've peed etc. If there is any variation it will make the reading different. I've done an "experiment" taking my bodyfat several times a day for a few days in a row, and it can vary dramatically! But I found it to be consistant when taken under the same exact circumstances, for me I did it at like 7am after a glass of water but before food, several days, and it read the same. The accuracy of what your *actual* body fat % is, ya I don't know about that! But it could be a tool to measure a loss if used under the same cicumstances every time you measure.
