Default No energy..feeling weak

I started to do an exercise tape today and I just couldn't do it. My whole body, especially my arms is very sore and achy. I feel strong enough for light cardio and nothing more. I've felt like this for 2 days now..ever since I worked out with my mom..maybe I overdid it? My plan was to work out 5 times this week but I honestly don't know if I can

Why am I feeling this weak now? I thought it was supposed to get easier..

It will get easier, eventually. If all you feel like is light cardio, then do that.. At least you are burning calories!!

The longer you go with this, the farther you will be and the closer you will be to your goal.

what/how are you eating? Dizziness for me usually means low blood sugar or not having enough calories for too long.

What workout did you do with mom? What workout is this you are trying today? Check the titles at collagevideo.
Could you be a beginner trying to jump right into advanced level rather than ramping up to it?

Try 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off rather than 5 days in a row if you are doing that. You may just need to rearrange your rest days and workout types. What is is you are doing exactly?

It's supposed to get easier and you go along but it won't if you are trying to step into too high a level too fast and/or not planning rest days well. You could get hurt.

Here's the symptoms for hypoglycemia. Is it low blood sugar?

What about high blood sugar? Hyperglycemia?
