Default The scale isn't moving! Please be honest and tell me if you see a difference?

Hey there!!!

I am going crazy, literally, I'm going insane. The scale hasn't moved since early Jan. I have been fighting the same fluctuations for almost 2 months now I keep going between 188 then to 192, then back down and up and down AHHHHH

I have been on track and I FEEL smaller but I'm not sure what's going on. Can you please take a look at my pics and tell me if you notice a difference? I NEED HELP! LOL I can't see it, I'm feeling it, but the scale isn't moving, my inches are changing right below my rib cage and in my legs but that's about it.....

I lift heavy and really into strength training, so I don't know if my body composition is changing right now, but I'm so FRUSTRATED I WANT TO RUN FOR THE HILLS SCREAMING! LOL

Thanks!!!! I hoping this isn't a plateau....

I do see some difference in your hips and chin area. Keep it up and your body is bound to reflect your efforts over time. May I ask what kind of eating plan you're following?

Yup, inches. I saw it exactly in the areas you said you are losing inches. I just go the body composition lecture from my nutritionist recently. Is there anyone at the gym who can do a more detailed bodyfat analysis? I lost a bit of weight in 3 weeks but my bodyfat went down 3 points (goal was 1)... must be something about this phase of the process! Hang tight girl!

Thank you so mcuh! Thank you thank you thank you! Ok so things are moving and it's not just me. I'm so frustrated with the scale I feel like throwing it out the window! It's hard for me to see a difference when I have been accustom to losing so quickly and now it feels like it's come to a screeching hault!

I'm eating anywhere between 1600-1800 calories a day concentrating on high protein, moderate carbs and low fat. I work out 5-6 times a week train heavy every other day and cardio 2 times a week. I've even cut out alcohol. I don't know what's going on, the weight loss has totally slowed down....well it has on the scale.

FireFlye I have my assessment with my trainer this week, hopefully this week, it was suppose to be last week but she had to cancel.

I can see it in your hips and thighs. They have gotten smaller/tighter.
It's tough when the scale doesn't cooperate, but you are doing something.

If you take a look at your clothes, you can see on the side view how your shirt at the bottom is lose and how in your legs the wrinkles in your jeans on the before pic(due to them being tight) are no longer there on the after photo. Same goes on the front view pic the jeans aren't as tight across your hips, no more wrinkles in the fabric.

Just stick with it, your body is probably at the point where its building more muscle as it loses the fat. As we all know muscle mass is smaller and weighs more.

Agree with everyone else. Your stomach has flatted and your hips look like their shrinking How are clothes fitting for you? Because you can definitely see the shirt has more room at the bottom of your stomach. Keep at it.Your body is so compact =D...Hopefully the freakin scale catches up soon ^_^
