I've discovered that I lose weight quite well, it's the keeping it off part that I fail at. I checked my wii fit the other day in the last year I've flucatated weight by 20 pounds up and down at least 3 times, in just this one year.
If I could have kept off all the weight I've lost over the last few years I'd be a skeleton by now.
