Welllllllllll...I snarfed a cookie today. Darn it. But as soon as I did, I got on my calorie counting website and counted it. It was NOT a freebie. So I'm mildly annoyed that I ate a cookie, but it was not a dozen cookies that were never counted (which, I'm sad to say, was a daily habit). Today was not all a loss, I suppose I'm proud of myself for not eating anymore, lol. That was usually my downfall...I'd start every day saying "no cookies" and eat one, figure the whole day was ruined, and eat a bunch more. This time I slipped, counted it, and stopped. That's my silver lining twist on it, hehe.
But other than that, I'm right on track
Still feeling more focused and confident than I have in months.
