Well I have rejoined WW. I just decided I really need the in person group support. I went to my first meeting last Thursday and I left feeling motivated and energized. I heard so many new ideas in regards to cooking that were so helpful. I need to start bringing a notebook so I can take notes on the ideas I hear! I think I am going to see a good weigh in on Thursday.

Gary-Sure did leave that purse at home! :-) My gym membership lapsed. With the heat being 106 and the heat index is 108 here you can't even walk outside at 9pm at night or at 6am in the morning since it's still 100 degrees. So the masses me included are finding ways to stay cool. Air conditioners are breaking all over TX since they can't keep up. My aunt is getting married this Saturday and the church called her to tell her that the air conditioning is broken and may not be fixed in time. So she is scrambling trying to find a back up plan. October or November cannot come fast enough.

Have a great day all!

tiger, stupid TOM. I hope you are feeling better. your ticker looks like it is on 183 now?

brat, good for you. I like ww in theory. I think some people need the group support. They do have a very good system of making sure you eat balanced.

well, still in ONEDERLAND. and my belly flab is shrinking thanks to the fasting...I am starting to look prepartum again!

Stupid TOM... I am up 4 pounds overnight in water weight myself too this morning. And my weigh in is tomorrow. I just know my WW leader is going to ask me why and he's a man. Very frustrating. Next week will be better I just keep telling myself. Have a good day!

Today I woke up and was back down almost 6 pounds. So WEIRD! I still feel like I have sandbags attached around my lower back and stomach. I'm just going to stay off the scale until Aunt Flo leaves my house. Needless to say this wasn't the best week to start back on WW but oh well. Gotta start sometime!

Jendiet-CONGRATS on onderland! YAY YAY YAY!!!!

HI TEAM ~

All is well here...down a couple of pounds but nothing to brag about yet.

I have really been trying to eat much better and adding a lot more veggies to my diet which is not a problem...my big problem is adding fruit.

Getting my 3 miles in every day but seriously need to add more if I am not working...drywall work really does burn calories!

I am enjoying my time off and with knowing I do have future work, it makes it nice to be home with Angie the summer...even if she is off at yoga a lot!! lol...

She goes back to school next month though.

Uncle in town from Illinois, have taken him out to lunch and breakfast a few times...not helping with my so-called diet!

Good to see you MINDY and JEN would love to see pics of Thomas!
