Default Confidence... Body vs Self?
Ok... I don't quite know how to explain this... but is it possible to be confident with your "self", but not with your "body"?

Yes! After all, who we are is composed of many different things, not just our looks or health. I'm very confident in my personality, my intelligence, etc., but less so when it comes to my physical body. I know lots of women who are the same way.
