Me: 215.5, down one and a half pounds from last week.
My weigh-in for today was horrible. I think I should switch to Friday weigh-ins, though. It gives me time to recover from a bad weekend. But I had a lousy week this week, eating-wise.
I am now a pound UP from my starting weight. Wahhhh!
So I'm starting all over again...
189.8! Woo! Not sure how that compares to the last couple of weeks. I kind of stopped tracking things for awhile but this week has gone well. Let's hope I can say goodbye to the 190s for good!
I'm at the highest I've ever been. I did work my way down to 165 but then I went on 2 week binge fest and my weight shot up to 180. However, I'm back on track now. I learned from it and moved on.
