The beginning of April at my moms house, I weighed 160 before i started dieting.
April 15, at my daughters doctors appointment, I weighed 162. That was day 2 of my diet. (for note, she weighed 34lbs and our other daughter weighed 41lbs)
I decided to get a new battery for our home scale today and weigh myself. It says I weigh 162. This wouldnt be bad, but I also weighed our daughters and it says they are 31lbs and 38lbs. Theres no way my daughters lost 3lbs in 1 week! The only thing I can think of is that the scale is off by 3lbs. So Id actually weigh 165- a weight gain.
I know different scales say different things and I guess it could be water weight, muscle or w/e...but is this normal? How do you get over this hump?
