I need to find me a nutritionist!
When I hit 139 I am going to have my doctor give me a BMI test. I am short but there is NO WAY I am dropping down to 110-120. My goal is 132 which, according to the BMI charts, is the high end of normal. But I'm thinking after I see my doctor, 135 is more realistic based on my body type.
Restarting my journey exactly 4 years from when I first started in January 2011. Reached my goal weight in 2012 and regained half of it back.
I never should have left 3FC!
