To lose 20 lbs?

Now it takes about 2-3 months, but I lost my first 20lbs very quickly because of water weight.

It took me 2 months and 5 days with the first 20. The second twenty was about 3 months.

It took me about 6 weeks to lose the first 20 pounds. I don't think I'm typical though - just lucky that my body responded really well to the changes I was making (I was also nursing, which can help some people - and I think it did and does help me with my loss).

I weigh myself every 2 or 3 or 4 weeks. It took me 17 weeks to lose MY FIRST 22 pounds, but that included the holidays when I did not do well.

I weighed weekly. At the end of 3 weeks I was down 19, and by week 4 it was 23 pounds lost. Things slowed down rather quickly after that though.
