I went from a 36AA to a 34AAA. I used to look like a fat boy topless. Now I just look like a boy.
Me too! I was a 34A at 9 months pregnant! geez!!! They are far smaller than that now!!! I don't even know if I should buy a woman's bra or some kind of training bra!! Some of us just can't catch a break.

I get jealous of moobs!
I buy bras that are obviously made for people 10 years younger than I am from the juniors' department. They're like $10 each. I don't mind at all most of the time, makes things like running and jumping rather painless!
I was wondering the same exact thing, I havent lost a significant amount of weight yet but Im not exactly blessed in that area to begin with, is there a way to perhaps minimize any losses to the girls? lol
I'm worried about the girls this time around. When I was in high school, I dropped 80 pounds in 6 months (unhealthily) and they stayed at a DD even when I was 135. But now that I've been heavy for a few years (I'm 22 now) I'm afraid they won't be as kind this time and either shrink or sag.
My poor b00bs, they have been shot all to heck from bf and yoyo dieting for so long. I guess they have gone from a DD to a D at this point, and I already have the "fried eggs hanging from a nail" "national geographic", or, if I could add another one I read here, "2 tube socks with tennis balls in them". I can't even imagine what they are going to look like at goal! But yeah, thank goodness for great bras!
My stepmom has a lot of saggy skin, which is weird because she never was THAT obese, she was maybe 180 lbs back in her 20s for a few years. Anyway, she went to a professional bra fitter, and during the consultation, the lady was like, "What IS this? This is just loose tissue!" Rude! But we were laughing about it. Sometimes ya just gotta laugh!

I used to be a 42DDD and now I am a 34GG. My band size went down a ton and my cup size got properly fitted to a 34H after 75 pounds of weight loss. I am now down to a 34GG, so my cup size is slowly shrinking. And, like most others have said, bras do work wonders ~ I can't go without one!!
I've been pretty fortunate. I never wore larger than a 40C, though that was really too small and the bras were way stretched out--I probably should have been a 42C. Now I wear a 38C, though I'm probably more like a B and a half. I wouldn't call them perky, but they're remarkably non-saggy considering that I'm 49 years old and was obese for more than 2 decades.
I HATE my boobs! I havent gone bra shopping since my journey but I started at a 42C. Now they are getting smaller and sagging! I cant stand it!!!!! Drives me nuts lol
I've lost 120 lbs and gone from an H to a G. They have never been perky, but they're definitely saggier now. However, I'm not convinced that the breasts themselves are saggier. I used to have a lot of abdominal fat between my waist and the bottom of my bra, and I think that used to prop them up a bit. As I lost it, the girls didn't have a place to rest anymore . I'm probably going to be looking at a breast reduction in the future - and somewhat perky boobs will definitely be a plus.
Yep, I too went from 44D cup to now a 38DD or 38DDD(Lane Bryant Bras only, I guess they must be cut smaller). I lost a lot of the back fat and side fat, making me need a smaller band. I have to give Jillian Michaels' and her 30 day shred some credit here, I look pretty good in this area, not droopy or anything. I definitely recommend the weight training. I have about 35lbs till I get to go, and am hoping I am a 36D by the time I am at goal, but wouldn't mind being a full C cup, either (although DH won't like it, LOL!!!)

So far, I've gone from a 46G to a 42DD. I've lost 67ish pounds. And, they're no longer perky. They look like National Geographic boobs. BUT, I've also had 2 kids and breastfed. So there ya go.
National Geographic! Me too though. 2 kids and breastfeeding is what did mine in. They always managed to fight the good fight during weightloss (before kids), but since having kids, I'm afraid they've given up and gone south!
Oh to add, I was a D while pregnant, a C after I was done nursing (and my 220 lb weight) and now I'm like a B, kind of. Its not the same B as before kids. It feels like they're all hangy skin, like not actually boob...like I'm picking up and squishing my boob skin into the bra...sorry for the TMI...I just feel like they have no "stuffing" anymore! OMG, if I didn't laugh....
