I'll join in...Saturday is my weigh-in day so it works well for me.
My weight this morning was 219 lbs. That is six pounds down from when I started last week. I gave up slushies and pop that I used to drink every single day so this was a wonderful start but I'm not expecting that much of a loss every week as I think it was a direct result of the lack of pop and slushies.
Now I think I will go down to a slower weight loss but that's ok...slow and steady wins the race!
