I haven't weighed myself, but I don't think I've lost weight. I'm just not focused right now, and I haven't been to the gym in two weeks (I think). I still would like to lose more weight by the end of the year (even one more pound would be cool), but I'll still be pleased if I just don't gain any over the holidays.

I havent weighed myself either..i know im not doing great...but i'm going to weigh myself after christmas and try to loose at least another 1-2lbs before new years. Even if we don't reach our goals..we still lost some weight so thats good. I'm a little sad..i wanted to get down to 140 but oh well

So..i'm hoping in the end...my number will be like 7 in 7 instead of 13 in 7 lol...its better than gaining 7 over the holidays. My new goal for new years is 143. So i have about another week to loose a pound and a half...hopefully it works out :-)

Okay so did my final weigh in yesterday for this challenge...it was 142.2...so total weigh lost was 7.8lbs...so thats a tad bit over a 1lb a week. im happy with that! :-)

11/11 - 150

I've been terrible about weighing myself on time the last few weeks. BUT... I weighed myself this morning and I was 235! I almost met my goal (just took maybe a 1/2 week longer).



I may do this again (not this month though). Hopefully, I'll be better about weigh-ins.
