well jumped on the scales this morning an im 4lbs lighter despite giving in yesterday and having burgers for tea, followed by a choclate ecalire cake
dont no what happened there but hopefully its working now..........
But I caution you that what we do one day will not immediately show up on the scale the very next day. So don't be surprised if the burger and cake do some damage a day or two from now.
Get back to that good eating plan, tweaking it a bit, making it healthier and healthier as you go along and you will continue to see results.
