Hey, whatever inspires you is great! I think visualization is a huge deal actually and if you can keep on visualizing that image of yourself wearing those shorts and top on the beach next summer....you actually will!
First goal: under 180:
Second goal: 175 or below:
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:

I AM a California girl... so that song is every where, in all my friend's facebook status' about summer. And while the beach I'm used to going too is MUCH too cold to really wear that little clothing, I think of it all the time.
