It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 195, same as last week. Well, sort of. Last week I was much higher all week, even cracking past 200. This week started lower, and the Friday weigh in just seems more... real. So, I'm truely happier about this week's 195 than I was about last week's. Onward!

I've been weighing every day. I was down to 229.5 two days in a row, today I am back at 231.

Thanks, Jeramiah. I will keep it up. I'm not on a diet. This really is my way of life, which is why I know I'll never, ever go back to my old high weight!

253 lbs today, down from 255.8 last week, so that's -2.8 this week. Sort of. I've been having scale "issues" so I'm not sure how accurate it is.
