Hi, I'm new on these forums.
I was looking for support, because I have been having problems lately with overeating. I am at my highest weight (almost 190 lbs.), and almost 40 lbs. more than what I should be for my height.
I'm not sure why I have been overeating... usually I've been good at staying in a five-pound weight range (170-175), but as you can see, I have clearly gone overboard.
I'm just looking for some support as I try and get healthy and lose weight. I know I have a family history of diabetes, and the women in my family certainly have their share of weight problems/body image issues, but I hope to overcome that.
