Default Ouch!! I hit my head falling off the wagon :(

So, I have fallin very hard off the wagon.

I ate fast food for dinner and for breakfast. Not good fast food either. Have done next to no physical activity for the last three days. I am miserable. Luckily I have only gained back one pound which I should be able to lose quickly. I typically drink ice tea but for some reason(Could it be the endless enormous stress ) the last two days i have only had water and soda(major ultimate weakness).

I am done with it finally though but man it makes me feel miserable.

I made a very yummy healthy turkey sandwich for lunch. I am starting to scrape myself up off the floor.

Thanks for everyone support over the last couple of days.

Sounds like your healing very nicely after that sudden fall. A quick recovery for sure!

well..2 or 3 days isn't so bad..i've been off the wagon all summer and this is scarey because summertime is when i can usually count on losing weight( outside more. eating more fruits & veggies etc,),, time to dust myself off and get with it!

oh my when I read your tittle I had a good laugh! I know what you mean about falling off the wagon and hitting the head hard! Each time I fall off the harder my head gets hit! I figure the knowledge of eating healthier makes the fall harder. Ignorance is bliss! But seriously! Knowing stress is your food trigger is great! And good job getting back on after a few days. It usually takes me several weeks to find my groove again after a stressful period of time. Hugs all round for those taking the tumble, shaking it off and getting back on! YOU CAN DO IT!

Not to be a stick in the mud, but is there any "healthy" fast-food? It's all junk, even if they advertise it as being "healthy". I also have a beef with every fast food corporation out there, so this is my biased opinion.

Congrats on nipping your fall in the bud!! That's the spirit, actually. You fall, you get up, dust yourself off and get back on the wagon. It's a long, bumpy ride so falling off is inevitable. It's the getting back on part that counts...
