Default Everyone Weigh in 08/21/09
It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 195.5, up .5 pounds from last week. Well, I've started the first step of "changing things to turn this weight gain thing around" thing. I've started waking up an hour and half eariler than I used to to go to work, and do my exercise and shower then instead of after I get home. A small enough change, but I think it's going to be sooo much better. After working a ten hour day and hour and a half commute I was just so drained that I kept putting off getting on the machine. I've been finding myself much more focused in the "morning". Also going to try to get a handle on my eating on my off days, but right now, pretty happy with my exercise situation.

I lost 4 lbs this week going from 311.7 to 307.7 and i have a small goal im working toward which is on september 26th which is a golf outing that hubby's dad puts on every year and there will be quite a few people that i havent seen since september-october last year and my mini-goal is to be under 300 lbs by then and i only have 8 lbs to go so i think im gonna make it!!!

I am 271.9, down from 283lbs last week...
I just started a new program at a local weight loss clinic...They warned me that the first ten would fly off, but I didnt believe them...
only 102 more to go!!

Wow wonderful job on your 12 lb weight loss mystyblue you go girl! you rock! i have lost almost 25 lbs since june 22nd when i started my lifestyle change i dont like to call it a diet cause its a lifestyle change that i can stick with for the rest of my life ya know! Im doing calorie counting which i absolutely love!
Congrats again and congrats to everyone on their weight loss you are all doing a beautiful job!!

Finally slipped under 160, where I've been sitting (at about halfway to goal) for almost two weeks. Very excited to see 158.9 this morning! I think the last time I weighed this was when my son was a preschooler--and I'm sending him off to college next week!

I have no scale yet....

But at friend's house 4 weeks ago: 260
And at Doctor's 2 weeks ago: 250 exactly

I go to the Doctor's again on Tuesday and I Pray that I've lost more

132.5. I would so love to drop down to my goal. Honestly though, I am lacking the motivation to cut calories further or workout harder. The journey down was so exciting. Maintaining less so--I am looking forward to starting the kids to school on Monday. I plan to begin indoor rock climbing and playing tennis more frequently.
