I feel like I'm stuck at my weight.
I feel like I made a lot of good changes.
I drink more water.
Always eat breakfast (oatmeal typically)
Don't eat after 7.
Eat a lot more fruits and veggies.
But I don't see a change at all.
And I've actually started moving around more, like I take walks to get to the store and walk just for fun/exercise on a nearby bike trail, for three miles at a time.
Someone told me that this could just be my normal weight but I don't think so.
I have three thin siblings, one of which lost 40 or so pounds a few years ago just by eating less and moving more (the way it should be done, obviously.)
Am I totally not getting it? Am I missing something from the big picture?
