So, all my life I have NEVER been able to do a proper pushup, or any pushup. And I mean NEVER [not in elementary school, not in physical ed in high school, not on my free time since I never bothered to try, you see the pattern]. Well, I have been doing New Rules of Lifting for Women a bit just over a month and the current routine I am on includes pushups. Well, now I can safely say I can do a proper pushup! Not on my knees, on my toes! And I'm ALMOST 3-4 inches away from the floor. So yah, I still got some work to do but WOW I'm doing them!
