I have read through a lot of the support posts and its truly inspired me to lose the weight, I have booked onto the bodychef flat belly diet plan for 1 month and I am hoping to lose a stone, my overall goal is to lose 4 stone which is a lot but with your support, hard work and dedication I know I can achieve it.

I am going to be keeping a weight loss diary for the duration that I am on the diet plan, wish me luck.

I can answer that - 1 stone equals 14 pounds.

That much weight in a month is a very aggressive goal. It might be achievable depending on how poor your diet was beforehand, and what you change it to. Please don't be disappointed if you don't lose that much in a month. Every pound lost that is not regained is something to be celebrated. Good luck!
