Short-term - I'm going to stay on plan because my office is going to an expo in Las Vegas in mid-May and I really really really want to lose 10 lbs by then

Long-term - I'm going to stay on plan because I've wasted too many years being overweight, avoiding the camera, jealous of my rail-thin sisters, and unhealthy. I look at the "Goal Pictures" threads and see how little time it took others to take 45 lbs off. I can do it too!
