so that totals 15 pounds in exactly one month. so i allowed myself a "Reward meal" (a meal thats not frozen jenny craig) and it was delicious, but now my stomach hurts. lol. but im still basking in my glory of losing 6.6 pounds in one week.

Congrats on the weight loss!! Feels good. But I gotta ask you, why would you "reward" your hard work, that's obviously - working - by going off plan????? Seems kind of counter-productive to me. I would hope that the good result would help you and propell you to stay even
stronger on plan, so that you can keep on seeing more results. Because really the best reward, the best gift we can give ourselves is a healthy body.
Rewards - how about a manicure, a new lipstick, a small piece of jewelry?
Get back to your plan. No stomach ache. You feel good when you do. You lose weight. Pretty darn rewarding, if you ask me.
