Ok, I found this funny because I came home yesterday from taking my son to the dentist and my mom, who was watching my daughter for me, had made a green bean casserole. I had never had it before, so I probably ate about a cup. It is pretty good stuff. Don't beat yourself up. I think a half cup is considered in moderation. If you ate the whole casserole, that might be a little overboard.
