Default Help! Did I eat as bad as I think I did today!??

hey guys! I feel very bad about what I ate today, maybe somone could help me see what I did wrong.
Ok here goes..

Morning- 1/2 cup oatmeal made with 1% milk

Lunch- Veggie burger on wheat bread with cheese and avocado! (ahh)

Snack- light popcorn and 1/2 cup light ice cream

Dinner- P.B.J., low fat chips and a biscut!

I also had 2 diet cokes today

Any help about what better to eat would be great! Thanks!

Hey there! I dunno ... sounds like you made good choices the whole way along. What makes you feel bad? Is there one or two things on the list that you felt guilty about eating?
