My weigh day was on Friday and I lost 4. I officially made it into the 100's Yahooo! I'm trying to figure out how to load photos into the mini goal section. Hopefully I'll get that done this morning.

I know it's not 12/5 anymore, I but had to say that I finally lost a lb after over two weeks! 192.0 today! UGH! I thought that darn pound would NEVER come off!

190.0lbs today!!! Down 2.8lbs from last week!! (I think I was retaining water last Monday though because I was up 0.6 from the previous week -- but it's still a loss!)

oh...she used to have it up by the time i get to work in the morning on fridays. oh bummer. now i have to wait till the end of the day...~~sigh~~ so sad. ;-)

Hopefully an admin will move today's stuff over in a bit

I am at 175, which is 6 down from last week but I will still losing the Thanksgiving weekend 5 pounds or who know what. I will take it though!
