I would definitely WAIT! I know when I got to the 80 pound gone mark...my knee pain was almost gone..I snap, crackle and pop less too.

Congrats on the weight loss! Jay said it best, surgeons recommend surgery. That's how they make their living. I am in favor of a second opinion and waiting it out to see if additional weight loss helps your condition. Good luck and feel better!
